Terms of Service

Important: By accessing or using Mind Tiles (a product of Intellibricks Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intellibricks Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") regarding your use of Mind Tiles, our website, mobile applications, and AI-powered learning services (collectively, the "Service").

Mind Tiles is a product developed and owned by Intellibricks Inc. When we refer to "Mind Tiles," "the Service," or "our services" in these Terms, we are referring to the Mind Tiles application and platform operated by Intellibricks Inc.

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Mind Tiles is an Intelligent learning platform developed by Intellibricks Inc. that provides personalized educational content and exercises designed to develop growth mindset thinking. Our Service includes:

  • AI-generated personalized learning paths
  • Interactive exercises and assessments
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Educational content and resources
  • Community features and support

2.1 Research-Based Learning and AI-Generated Content

Mind Tiles is built on research-based learning principles. Our AI-powered content generation and learning methodologies are informed by established educational research, cognitive science, and pedagogical best practices. All learning content provided through our Service is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This includes:

  • Evidence-based learning techniques and instructional design principles applied to AI content generation
  • Research-informed approaches to personalized learning and adaptive content delivery through AI systems
  • Pedagogical frameworks grounded in cognitive psychology and educational science, implemented via AI
  • AI-generated content structured according to proven learning methodologies

What "Research-Based" Means: When we refer to our content as "research-based," we mean that our AI content generation systems, learning content structure, and delivery methods are designed using principles and methodologies derived from peer-reviewed educational research, cognitive science, and established pedagogical frameworks. This does not mean that every piece of AI-generated content has been individually verified by academic research or human experts, but rather that our overall approach, content structure, and learning methodologies are grounded in research-backed educational principles.

AI-Generated Content and Limitations: All learning content is generated by AI systems. While our AI systems are designed using research-based principles and undergo quality testing and validation (as further described in Sections 6.3 and 8.3), individual AI-generated content may vary in quality, accuracy, or applicability. The research-based nature of our approach refers to the methodology and framework we use for AI content generation, not a guarantee of accuracy for every specific piece of AI-generated content. Despite quality testing and validation processes, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should exercise critical thinking and consult additional authoritative resources when needed for important decisions or applications.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account, you automatically acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The account creation screen provides links to both documents, and proceeding with account creation constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not create an account or use our Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements and Eligibility

Account Creation: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have parental consent to use our Service.

Payment Eligibility: To subscribe to paid plans and make payments, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are between 13 and 18 years old. By creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

Implied Acceptance: By creating an account, you automatically confirm that you meet the age requirements stated above. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not create an account or use our Service.

3.4 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@mindtiles.ai. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion:

  • All your personal data and learning progress will be permanently deleted
  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled
  • You will lose access to all subscription features immediately
  • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Data Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for security and legal compliance purposes. After this period, all personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Mind Tiles operates on a subscription model. We offer the following subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscription: US$ 19.99 per month
  • Quarterly Subscription: US$ 49.99 every 3 months (Save 17%)
  • Annual Subscription: US$ 179.99 per year (Save 25%)

All subscription plans provide full access to all features, including unlimited learning paths, intelligent personalization, interactive exercises, progress tracking, and cross-platform synchronization.

4.2 Enterprise Solutions

Custom enterprise solutions are available with pricing determined based on specific requirements. Contact support@mindtiles.ai for information.

4.3 Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe for web subscriptions, Apple App Store for iOS mobile app subscriptions, Google Play Store for Android mobile app subscriptions)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store settings
  • Refunds may be available according to our refund policy (see Section 4.6)
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect

4.4 Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all subscription features. Payment details (credit card or mobile app store payment method) are required to start the trial, as required by our payment processors (Stripe for web, Apple App Store for iOS, and Google Play Store for Android). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged, provided you cancel before the trial period ends.

Trial Eligibility: The 14-day free trial is available only to new users who have not previously used a free trial. If you have previously used a free trial, you will not be eligible for another trial period.

4.6 Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your paid period.

Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods, unless required by applicable law.

No Refunds for Platform Migration: We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts when switching subscription platforms (web or mobile app platforms). Each platform operates independently through third-party payment providers (Stripe for web, Apple App Store for iOS, and Google Play Store for Android), and we cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through these platforms. See Section 4.8.1 for details on platform migration policies.

Special Circumstances: If you have concerns or special circumstances, please contact support@mindtiles.ai and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with you to address any legitimate concerns. However, please note that refunds for platform migrations are not available, as these are processed by third-party payment providers.

No Refunds For: Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, for subscriptions canceled after the trial period has ended, or for platform migrations.

4.7 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, where you can cancel depends on where you purchased your subscription:

  • Web Subscriptions (Stripe): You can cancel through your account settings in the app or by contacting support@mindtiles.ai. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of your paid period.
  • iOS Mobile App Subscriptions (Apple App Store): Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be canceled through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store app. You cannot cancel iOS subscriptions through the Mind Tiles app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Android Mobile App Subscriptions (Google Play Store): Subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store must be canceled through your Google Play account settings or the Play Store app. You cannot cancel Android subscriptions through the Mind Tiles app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: If you have an active subscription on one platform (web or mobile app platforms), you cannot subscribe on a different platform until you cancel your existing subscription. The app will detect your active subscription and guide you to cancel it from the platform where it was purchased before allowing a new subscription.

4.8 Cross-Platform Subscription Management

Mind Tiles supports subscriptions across multiple platforms (web and mobile app platforms). However, subscriptions are managed separately on each platform:

  • Platform-Specific Management: Subscriptions purchased on one platform must be managed (canceled, changed, or updated) on that same platform. For example, if you subscribe on a mobile app platform, you must cancel through that platform's app store settings, not through the web app.
  • Single Active Subscription: You can only have one active subscription at a time across all platforms. If you have an active subscription on one platform, you cannot subscribe on another platform until you cancel the existing subscription.
  • Cross-Platform Access: Your subscription provides access to all features across all platforms (web and mobile app platforms) as long as you use the same account. However, billing and subscription management remain tied to the platform where you purchased the subscription.

Platform Detection: The app will automatically detect which platform manages your subscription and display this information in your account settings. If you attempt to manage a subscription from the wrong platform, you will be guided to the correct platform for subscription management.

4.8.2 Apple Sign-In and Cross-Platform Subscriptions

Apple Sign-In "Hide My Email" Feature: When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to use "Hide My Email," which creates a private relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com). This is a privacy feature provided by Apple that we cannot disable.

Cross-Platform Subscription Access: For your subscription to work across all platforms (web and mobile app platforms), you must use the same email address or sign-in method across all platforms. If you use "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple:

  • Same Private Relay Email Across All Platforms: If you use the same Apple ID with "Hide My Email" on all platforms, your subscription will work across all platforms. Apple provides the same private relay email per Apple ID per app.
  • Mixed Sign-In Methods: If you use "Hide My Email" on one platform (e.g., iOS) and a different sign-in method (e.g., Google Sign-In or Email/Password) on another platform (e.g., web), your subscription may not be accessible across platforms because different email addresses are used.
  • Email Delivery: All emails from Mind Tiles (including subscription confirmations, password resets, account notifications, and other communications) are sent to your private relay email address. Apple automatically forwards these emails to your Apple ID email address. Please check your Apple ID email inbox for all important notifications from Mind Tiles. We cannot send emails directly to your real email address when you use "Hide My Email" because Apple does not provide us with your real email address.
  • Recommendation: For best cross-platform subscription access, we recommend either: (1) using "Share My Email" when signing in with Apple (if you're comfortable sharing your real email), or (2) using the same Apple ID with "Hide My Email" on all platforms.

No Liability for Cross-Platform Access Issues: We are not responsible for subscription access issues that arise from using different email addresses or sign-in methods across platforms. Cross-platform subscription access depends on using the same account credentials (email address or Apple ID) across all platforms. If you choose to use "Hide My Email" and then sign in with a different method on another platform, your subscription may not be accessible on that platform.

Account Linking: We do not currently support automatic account linking between different sign-in methods. If you need to link accounts or have questions about cross-platform access, please contact support@mindtiles.ai.

4.8.3 Apple Sign-In Platform Availability

iOS Only: Sign in with Apple is only available on iOS devices. It is not available on web browsers or Android devices.

Cross-Platform Subscription Access Limitation: If you sign up for a subscription using Apple Sign-In on iOS, your subscription will only be accessible on iOS devices. To access your subscription on web or other mobile app platforms, you would need to:

  • Use the same Apple ID with Apple Sign-In on all platforms (not possible, as Apple Sign-In is iOS-only), OR
  • Contact support@mindtiles.ai for manual account linking assistance (account linking is not automatic), OR
  • Cancel your iOS subscription and create a new subscription on web or other mobile app platforms using Google Sign-In or Email/Password

Recommendation: If you plan to use Mind Tiles on multiple platforms (web and mobile app platforms), we strongly recommend using Google Sign-In or Email/Password for account creation, as these sign-in methods work consistently across all platforms and enable seamless cross-platform subscription access.

4.8.1 Platform Migration Policy

Switching Subscription Platforms: If you wish to move your subscription from one platform (web or mobile app platforms) to another, you must cancel your existing subscription first. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period on the original platform.

Recommended Migration Process: To avoid overlapping charges and ensure you receive full value from your subscription period, we recommend the following process when switching platforms:

  1. Cancel your current subscription on the platform where it was purchased
  2. Continue using your subscription until the current billing period ends (you will have full access until then)
  3. Subscribe on the new platform after your current subscription period has ended

No Refunds or Credits for Platform Migration: We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for unused subscription time when switching platforms mid-cycle. Each platform (web via Stripe, iOS via Apple App Store, and Android via Google Play Store) operates independently, and subscription charges are processed by the respective payment provider. Once a subscription is purchased on a platform, you receive access for the full billing period, and no portion of that payment will be refunded or credited if you choose to switch platforms before the period ends.

Overlapping Charges Warning: If you subscribe on a new platform before your current subscription period ends, you may be charged for both subscriptions simultaneously, resulting in overlapping charges. To avoid this, please wait until your current subscription period ends before subscribing on a new platform. We are not responsible for overlapping charges that result from subscribing on multiple platforms simultaneously.

Migration Assistance: If you need assistance with platform migration or have questions about your subscription, please contact support@mindtiles.ai. However, please note that we cannot process refunds or credits for platform migrations, as subscriptions are processed and managed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, Apple, and Google).

4.9 Subscription Plan Changes

You may change your subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to quarterly or yearly) subject to the following terms:

  • Web Subscriptions - Payment Frequency Changes: For web subscriptions managed through Stripe, when you change your payment frequency (e.g., from monthly to quarterly or yearly, or vice versa), the change will be scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue with your current plan until your next renewal date, at which point your new payment frequency will begin. There will be no immediate charges, credits, or price adjustments (no proration) - you will only be charged for the new plan at your next renewal date.
  • Web Subscriptions - Other Plan Changes: Other types of plan changes (if applicable) may take effect immediately with proration, depending on the type of change.
  • Mobile App Subscriptions: Subscription plan changes (including frequency changes) for mobile app subscriptions must be managed through the respective app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android). You cannot change subscription plans through the Mind Tiles app for mobile app subscriptions. Plan changes on mobile platforms typically apply immediately with proration (automatic price adjustment based on remaining time in your current billing period), as determined by the app store's policies.
  • Trial Periods: If you are in a trial period, changing your subscription plan may affect your trial period. You will be notified of any impact before confirming the change.
  • Canceled Subscriptions: You cannot change the plan for a subscription that has been canceled but is still active until the end of the billing period. You must reactivate the subscription first.
  • Proration:
    • Web Subscriptions (Frequency Changes): Payment frequency changes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for web subscriptions do not include proration. Changes apply at your next renewal date with no immediate charges or credits.
    • Mobile App Subscriptions: Plan changes on mobile app platforms (iOS via Apple App Store, Android via Google Play Store) typically apply immediately with proration, as determined by the app store's policies. The app store automatically calculates and applies prorated charges or credits based on the remaining time in your current billing period.

4.10 Mobile App Store Terms

If you download Mind Tiles from a mobile app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), additional terms may apply:

  • Apple App Store (iOS): If you purchase through the Apple App Store, your purchase is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions are managed exclusively through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store app. You cannot manage iOS subscriptions through the Mind Tiles app.
  • Google Play Store (Android): If you purchase through Google Play Store, your purchase is subject to Google's terms and conditions. Subscriptions are managed exclusively through your Google Play account settings or the Play Store app. You cannot manage Android subscriptions through the Mind Tiles app.
  • In-app purchases and subscriptions may be subject to the app store's refund policies
  • We are not responsible for app store billing issues - contact Apple or Google support for billing inquiries
  • Subscription plan changes for mobile app subscriptions must be made through the respective app store, not through the Mind Tiles app

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Service
  • Use our Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Service, including AI-generated content, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Intellibricks Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for providing and improving our Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Nature of Content: All learning content, including course materials, modules, exercises, quizzes, explanations, and educational resources provided through Mind Tiles, is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This content is created dynamically based on your learning preferences, goals, and progress. While our AI systems are designed using research-based learning principles and undergo quality testing and validation processes, all content is AI-generated and not manually authored or reviewed by human experts for every individual user.

Content generated by our AI system for your learning path is provided for your personal educational use. You may not redistribute or commercialize AI-generated content without our explicit permission.

AI Content Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content solely for your personal learning purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display AI-generated content outside of the Mind Tiles platform
  • Create derivative works based on AI-generated content for commercial purposes
  • Share AI-generated content with third parties without our permission
  • Use AI-generated content to train other AI systems or models

Content Accuracy and Quality Assurance: We implement quality testing, validation processes, and content quality checks to ensure our AI-generated content meets certain standards. However, despite these measures, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or may not always be appropriate for your specific needs. AI systems, by their nature, can produce content that:

  • May contain factual errors or outdated information
  • May include inaccuracies in technical details, statistics, or references
  • May not always align perfectly with your learning objectives or preferences
  • May vary in quality, depth, or accuracy from one generation to another
  • May occasionally produce content that is incomplete, unclear, or requires clarification

No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. While we strive to provide high-quality educational content and employ quality assurance measures, the AI-generated nature of our content means that errors and inaccuracies can occur despite our testing efforts. You acknowledge that you use AI-generated content at your own risk and should exercise critical thinking, verify important information from additional authoritative sources when needed, and consult with qualified professionals for matters requiring expert advice.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to our Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

8.2 Educational Disclaimer

Our Service provides educational content for personal development purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for specific concerns.

8.3 AI Limitations and Content Generation

AI-Generated Content: All learning content provided through Mind Tiles is generated by artificial intelligence systems. While our AI systems are designed using research-based learning principles and undergo quality testing, validation, and quality assurance processes, AI-generated content has inherent limitations and risks.

Testing and Quality Assurance: We conduct quality testing, content validation, and implement quality assurance measures to improve the accuracy and quality of our AI-generated content. However, these measures do not eliminate the possibility of errors, inaccuracies, or quality issues. Testing and validation help identify and reduce common issues, but cannot guarantee accuracy for every piece of content generated for every user.

Inherent Limitations: Despite our testing and quality assurance efforts, AI-generated content may:

  • Contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • Include inconsistencies or contradictions
  • Vary in quality, accuracy, or appropriateness from one generation to another
  • Occasionally produce content that is incomplete, unclear, or requires additional context
  • Not always perfectly align with your specific learning needs or preferences
  • Require verification from authoritative sources for critical information

No Guarantee: Our research-based approach (as described in Section 2.1) refers to the educational methodologies and frameworks we employ, not a guarantee of accuracy for every specific piece of generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content, regardless of any testing or quality assurance measures we implement. You should exercise critical thinking, verify important information from additional authoritative sources when needed, and consult with qualified professionals for matters requiring expert advice or verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellibricks Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellibricks Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or inappropriate use of our Service.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data according to our data retention policies.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with and relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe (for web subscriptions), Apple App Store (for iOS mobile app subscriptions), Google Play Store (for Android mobile app subscriptions)
  • Cloud Services: Firebase (for authentication, database, and hosting)
  • AI Services: OpenAI (for content generation)
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and other analytics providers

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or other force majeure events.

14. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including to any successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.

16. Export Restrictions

You acknowledge that our Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions. You will not export, re-export, or transfer our Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellibricks Inc. regarding your use of Mind Tiles. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications between you and us regarding the Service.

20. Email Communications

We send essential account-related emails to keep you informed about your account and subscription. These include:

  • Account Security Notifications: Email verification, password resets, security alerts
  • Subscription Updates: Trial start/end reminders, subscription start/renewal confirmations, cancellation notices
  • Payment Notifications: Payment confirmations, payment failure alerts, billing updates, plan change confirmations
  • Account Activity: Platform migration notifications, duplicate subscription prevention alerts

These emails are necessary for the management of your account and subscription. You cannot opt out of these essential communications as they contain important information about your account status, billing, and security. These emails are transactional/notification emails as defined by CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL regulations and do not require unsubscribe options.

If you wish to stop receiving these emails, you may delete your account. Please note that deleting your account will cancel your subscription and permanently delete all your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Marketing Emails: We do not currently send marketing or promotional emails. If we begin sending marketing communications in the future, we will provide clear opt-out options and obtain your consent where required by law.

Apple Sign-In "Hide My Email" Users: If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email," all emails are sent to your private relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com). Apple automatically forwards these emails to your Apple ID email address. Please check your Apple ID email inbox for all important notifications from Mind Tiles. We cannot send emails directly to your real email address because Apple does not provide us with your real email address when you use "Hide My Email."
