Do I need to pay to use Mind Tiles?
No! You can start with a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to all premium features. After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the service.

Account Management
How do I create an account?
You can create an account using:
- Email and Password: Enter your email and create a secure password
- Google Sign-In: Sign in with your Google account (one-click account creation)
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the login screen
- Tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for password reset instructions
Can I change my email address?
Currently, email changes are not supported in-app. Please contact support@mindtiles.ai for assistance with email changes.
How do I delete my account?
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account Management
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion
- Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
All your personal data, learning progress, and content will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Sign-In and Account Access
Is Apple Sign-In available on all platforms?
No. Sign in with Apple is only available on iOS devices. It is not available on web browsers or other mobile app platforms.
If you use Apple Sign-In on iOS and want to access your account on web or other mobile app platforms, you'll need to use Google Sign-In or Email/Password, which may create a separate account. Contact support@mindtiles.ai for assistance with account linking.
Will my subscription work across all platforms if I use Apple Sign-In?
If you create an account using Apple Sign-In on iOS, your subscription will only work on iOS devices. To access your subscription on web or other mobile app platforms, you would need to:
- Contact support@mindtiles.ai for manual account linking assistance (account linking is not automatic), OR
- Cancel your iOS subscription and create a new subscription on web or other mobile app platforms using Google Sign-In or Email/Password
Recommendation: If you plan to use Mind Tiles on multiple platforms, we recommend using Google Sign-In or Email/Password for account creation, as these sign-in methods work consistently across all platforms and enable seamless cross-platform subscription access.
What should I do if I want to use my subscription on web or other mobile app platforms but signed up with Apple Sign-In?
Contact support@mindtiles.ai for assistance. We can help with manual account linking, though this is not an automatic process. Alternatively, you may need to cancel your iOS subscription and create a new subscription on the desired platform using Google Sign-In or Email/Password.

No, refunds are not provided for canceled subscriptions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. No partial refunds are available for all plans.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Your subscription is tied to your account email, not your device. Simply:
- Sign in with the same email on your new device
- Your subscription will automatically sync across all platforms
